Think before you throw it! - Interior design Ideas

I wanted to bring to your attention that from cheap and unmeaning-full objects that surround us, and we use frequently, with imagination and a little skill, and of course some research, we can create wonderful pieces of art, lighting lamps, or what ever we want.

I am a pro recycling person, and although in my country it is not yet a high concern i try to inspire persons around me to think before they throw something away. There are many old objects that can be renewed, or you can ask around maybe some one wants or needs what you want to through away.

I am very glad that more and more people make wonderful objects from plastic bottles, milk bottles, carton
boxes and other packages. Just think that anything you make, is a part of you, and displayed in your home, gives personality and uniqueness to your place :)

Lighting design,part 2 - Modern designer lamps

After talking last time of a classic lighting style, i come now with a more modern and maybe more aggressive proposal for illuminating your  home.
There are some very good designers who come up with the most unusual models, that might scare you at first, but if you look and the wonderful forms, structure and materials used to built those lamps, you might change your perspective. This kind of funky, new trend lamps give personality, style, and color to your home.
If you search for them and you find out that you can't afford them, please take into consideration that there are shops that sell brand imitations (replicas) which sometimes are very nice, and can give you the same feeling as that original lamp gives you.

Below please find some examples

Lighting design,part 1 - Galle lamps

Émile Gallé (French, May 8, 1846–September 23, 1904) was a glass maker, ceramist, and designer known as one of the most outstanding glass artists of the 19th-century. He was also a pioneering artist of the Art Nouveau Movement.

For a Classic or French -Art Nouveau inspired interior design, one of the most beautifull lighting pieces you can use are the Galle type lamps. Galle is not only the person who created this type of glass manufacture but also a brand.
In our times there are other manufacturers that work the glass in this way, but they must mark them as " Type Galle". They make very good imitations, which express the same feeling as the original when you see them.

For your consideration and to make an ideea o the beauty of this art pieces lamps please see the pictures below.
